Cell bands usage

This is a list of the Cellular frequency bands in use in the US and who is using each:

For MVNOs (that is, most of the other carriers besides the big three) you would need to find out which networks they use to provide service. Note that some (for instance, Google-Fi, Ting and TracFone) use multiple networks.
Duplex types:
FDD - Frequency Division Duplex. The uplink and downlink happen simultaneously on different frequencies.
TDD - Time Division Duplex. Uplink and downlink take turns onthe same frequency.
SDL - Supplemental Down Link. This is only used for downloading, and is intended to supplement other bands, because typical usage patterns tend to send more data to endpoints than from them.
