These are the allocations for the TV stations receivable over the air from Schenectady, NY (FN32). Frequency given in the MHz column is the center frequency, so the channel is +/- 3 MHz for a total bandwidth of 6 MHz.

On 2022-03-24, WCWN switched to ATSC 3.0. Channel 45's streams were distributed between WRGB and WTEN. In turn, WCWN now carries HEVC streams for channels 6-1, 10-1, 17-1, 23-1 and 45-1 as 106-1, 110-1, 117-1, 123-1 and 145-1, respectively.
